About me

The picture shows two of the loves of my life - my dog and my garden. The other is of course my husband of many years (but he doesn’t photograph as well!).   Another love is conducting weddings and ceremonies of all kinds.  I love weddings - my husband often says he thinks I might divorce him just to have another of my own.  Not the case I assure you but helping others achieve their dreams of a perfect day is certainly a passion and a privilege.

Starting work in the health profession, my career has been varied and interesting including time as an IT project manager and senior health service manager.   I have been conducting ceremonies for over 20 years, for much of that time as a part time local authority registrar.   I have performed between 1000 and 2000 ceremonies and used to conduct over 100 a year imposing stringent time constrains and clients never even knew the name of the person conducting their ceremony until the day. 

Now, as an independent celebrant I devote whatever time it takes to give clients the very best personal service, to get to know them and help create their perfect Moment in Time on their very special day.
